Shipping Details

At Ladali Fabrics, we strive to deliver your order safely and on time. This page outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Custom-stitched or made-to-measure garments may require an additional 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is verified, and a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping — Delivery Timelines

We ship across India via trusted courier partners including FedEx, Blue Dart, and Delhivery. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Ladali Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 is applicable at checkout.

Expedited or express shipping options may be available at an additional cost depending on your location. These options, if available, will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders below ₹5,000 and for select pin codes within Bihar. A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹49 may be charged for COD orders. The COD option will appear at checkout if your pin code is eligible.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for a COD order. If the order is returned undelivered due to non-availability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also visit the Track Order section on our website and enter your Order ID to check real-time status.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout, including your flat/house number, street name, landmark, city, state, and PIN code. Ladali Fabrics is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. We do not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, Ladali Fabrics ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery reach — please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

For damaged goods, please retain the original packaging and take clear photographs of the damage before contacting us. Claims without photographic evidence may not be processed.

Packaging

All Ladali Fabrics garments are carefully folded, tissue-wrapped, and packed in branded packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We use eco-conscious materials wherever possible and are continuously working to reduce our packaging footprint.
