ORDERS

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also visit the Track Order page and enter your order ID to check the current status.

No, each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

No, we currently do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete residential or office address at the time of checkout.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Please contact us at care@ladali-fabrics.com or +91 98765 43210 as soon as possible.

Yes! We love dressing families for special occasions. For bulk or bridal party orders, please reach out to us directly so we can understand your requirements and provide a custom quote.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, PayPal, UPI, RuPay, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes.

Absolutely. All transactions on our website are secured with SSL encryption and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.

Yes, a payment confirmation email and SMS are sent to your registered contact details immediately after a successful transaction.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below ₹5,000 and for select pin codes within Bihar. This option will appear at checkout if your area is eligible.

SHIPPING & RETURN

Standard delivery within Patna takes 1–2 business days. For the rest of Bihar, expect 3–5 business days. Pan-India orders are delivered within 5–7 business days via FedEx, Blue Dart, or Delhivery.

Yes! Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping across India. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Custom-stitched or altered garments are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at care@ladali-fabrics.com with your order ID and reason. Our team will arrange a pickup within 48 hours of approval.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to the original payment method.

GENERAL

Our flagship store is at C-48 Sharda Complex, Kankarbagh, Patna – 800020, Bihar, India. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm.

Yes, we offer stitching and tailoring services for fabric or garments purchased outside our store. Visit us in-store or call to discuss your requirements and pricing.

Of course! We welcome you to our Kankarbagh store anytime during working hours. Our in-store collection is even wider than what's listed online.
